Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, vinegar, acidic products and harsh chemicals, as these may dull or stain the natural stone surface. The stone keeps its natural finish — do not fill or seal with wax.

Viola Oval Pull vs. Pill Stone Pull — what's the difference?
Both are two-half pulls that complete their shape when the doors close. The Pill Stone Door Pull keeps straight capsule sides and comes in twelve stones. This Viola Oval falls away in one continuous ellipse and is offered in our signature Calacatta Viola marble — the white stone with wine-red veining. Choose the Pill for a choice of stones; choose the Viola Oval for the rounder profile in statement marble.

Split or solid — how does it compare with the Oval Stone Pull?
The Oval Stone Pull is a single-piece vertical oval mounted on one door. This Viola Oval is a split pull whose two halves meet across a pair of doors. One door? Go with the solid Oval Pull. Double doors? The split oval completes the shape every time you close them.

Will the two halves have matching veining?
Each pair is cut from the same block, so colour and tone match closely. The veining itself is continuous by nature rather than mirrored — part of the character of genuine stone, and exactly why no two pairs are alike.

How does a split pull work on double doors?
Each half mounts flush on its own door, aligned on the installation drawing so the two halves meet cleanly at the centre line. Pull the doors open and the oval divides; close them and it becomes one shape again — a small piece of theatre that ordinary bar handles cannot offer.

Is natural stone durable enough for doors you open every day?
Yes. Stone has served as a building material for millennia — solid natural stone is far denser than timber or resin hardware and will outlast the cabinetry it is mounted on. The veining is not a finish that can wear off; it is the stone itself.
