1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yukixstone website and any purchase of products through it. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Yukixstone is operated by the store entity registered with this website.

2. Products & Natural Stone

All Yukixstone pieces are crafted from genuine natural stone. Colour, veining, texture and pattern vary from piece to piece, and the item you receive may differ in appearance from product photography. These natural variations are inherent characteristics of the material, not defects, and are not grounds for return or refund. Dimensions listed on each product page may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of every piece.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, adjust prices and limit quantities at any time. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email; we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where information appears inaccurate or the order is suspected of fraud.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout. You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Dispatch times, delivery estimates, duties and tracking are set out in our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer; custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. The full process is set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Custom Orders

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces require confirmation of dimensions, stone selection and design before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled, and cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Accuracy of Content

We work to keep product descriptions, imagery and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that the website content is complete, current or error-free. We may correct errors and update content at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, logos and design — is the property of Yukixstone or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yukixstone is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in that order.

11. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
