Who qualifies for a trade account?
Interior designers, architects, builders, cabinet makers, joinery studios, property developers and stylists. Tell us about your business and current or upcoming projects when you apply.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Trade orders are quoted per project. Single statement pieces are welcome; volume pricing applies from project quantities — typically from 20 pieces for made-to-order runs. Ask us for a quote at any quantity.
What pricing do trade members receive?
Trade pricing is tailored to the project — based on stone, profile, finish and quantity. We provide a written quotation with tiered rates for larger volumes, valid for 30 days.
Can I specify custom pieces for my project?
Yes — custom stone, size, profile, fixing centres and finish are all available through our bespoke service. See the Custom Order page, or simply include your specification in your trade enquiry.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. For trade projects we can arrange sample pieces in your shortlisted stones so you can see and feel the material before specifying. Sample costs are credited against your first trade order.
How are trade orders shipped?
Every order ships insured and tracked worldwide, packed for natural stone. Lead times are typically 3–6 weeks for made-to-order quantities, confirmed in writing with your quotation.
