Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, vinegar, acidic products and harsh chemicals, as these may dull or stain the natural stone surface. The stone keeps its natural finish — do not fill or seal with wax.

Single-Side or Double-Side — which mounting do I need?
Single-Side ($168/pair) puts one sculpted face on the front of each door — the everyday choice for wardrobes and cabinets. Double-Side ($198/pair) stacks two halves back-to-back through the door with concealed standoffs, so the carving is finished on both faces — ideal for glass, shower and walk-in doors, or any opening you see from both sides. If you already know the Ingot Stone Pull, the principle is the same; the Ingot Stone Door Pull is a compact ingot shape, while the Ridge is a full 18 cm sculpted silhouette.

Ridge vs. Viola Bar — what's the difference?
Both are split pulls whose halves meet across a pair of doors. The Viola Bar Stone Door Pull is a clean 30 cm architectural line in Calacatta Viola. The Ridge is shorter and fully sculptural — a lobed outline with a hand-carved mountain-ridge edge, offered in three marbles and two mount types. Choose the Bar for long tailored cabinetry; choose the Ridge when you want the hardware itself to be the sculpture.

Which stone should I choose?
Verde Alpi: deep green with drifting sea-green and white veining — moody and organic. Rosso Levanto: burgundy red crossed with bold white veins — warm and dramatic. Nero Marquina: black with crisp white veining — the most graphic. Will the two halves have matching veining?
Each pair is cut from the same block, so colour and tone match closely. The veining itself is continuous by nature rather than mirrored — part of the character of genuine stone, and exactly why no two pairs are alike.

Is natural stone durable enough for doors you open every day?
Yes. Stone has served as a building material for millennia — solid natural stone is far denser than timber or resin hardware and will outlast the cabinetry it is mounted on. The veining is not a finish that can wear off; it is the stone itself.

What if it arrives damaged?
