Sold as a pair. The Green Onyx Bar Stone Door Pull is cut from genuine green onyx — a translucent, banded stone that glows when light passes through it, finished here with golden amber tipping at the ends. Each slim bar mounts off the door face on gunmetal standoffs, so the stone appears to float: one architectural 32 cm line per door, with the metal core adding a crisp industrial edge. Where our Viola Bar reads as solid marble, onyx brings depth and translucency — two stones that behave completely differently in a room.
Please note: natural onyx is formed over thousands of years, so every pull is one of a kind, with variations in colour, banding and translucency. That individuality is the point — no two homes will ever have the same hardware.

Care & Maintenance
Onyx is a softer, more porous stone than marble — wipe with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, vinegar, acidic products and harsh chemicals, as these will etch the polished surface. The gunmetal standoffs can be buffed with a dry microfibre cloth.

Green Onyx Bar vs. Viola Bar — how do I choose?
Both are slim architectural bars raised on metal standoffs. The Viola Bar Stone Door Pull is opaque Calacatta Viola marble with wine-red veining — solid, moody, understated. This Green Onyx Bar is translucent and banded, glowing at the edges when backlit and turning honey-gold where the bands tip the ends. Choose Viola for quiet luxury; choose Green Onyx when you want the stone itself to be the light feature.
Does onyx really glow?
Yes — onyx is one of the few stones used in hardware that transmits light. Position it near a window or a nearby light source and the bands light up softly. It will not glow in the dark, but in daylight or under cabinet lighting the depth is striking.
Is onyx strong enough for a door pull?
For normal daily use, yes — each bar is solid natural stone mounted through metal standoffs, so load is carried by the metal core. Onyx is softer than marble, so treat it as you would a fine natural surface: no knocks, no abrasives.
Will the two bars match?
Each pair is cut from the same block, so colour and banding match closely. The golden tipping varies naturally from bar to bar — part of the character of genuine onyx.
Is natural stone durable enough for doors you open every day?
Yes. The veining and banding are not a finish that can wear off; they are the stone itself, formed over millennia and far denser than timber or resin hardware.
