An installation drawing is included in the package — please install following the supplied drawing. Single-side mount: each ingot screws directly to the door face. Double-side mount: the two ingots are joined through the door on the metal barrel, reading from both faces.

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, vinegar, acidic products and harsh chemicals, as these may dull or stain the natural stone surface. The stone keeps its natural finish — do not fill or seal with wax. The metal core can be buffed gently with a dry cloth.

Single-side or double-side mount — which should I choose?
The single-side mount ($168/pair) fixes one stone ingot to each door face — the cleanest look when only one face is seen. The double-side mount ($198/pair) joins two ingots through the door on a metal barrel, so the pull reads from both sides — ideal for walk-in wardrobes and glass-adjacent doors where the back of the door is visible.

How does the Ingot Pull differ from the Pill Stone Door Pull?
Both are carved from solid stone in a similar 16 cm footprint. The Pill Pull is a soft capsule that splits into two halves across double doors; the Ingot is a single chamfered block with crisp bevels mounted on a metal core, in statement Nero Marquina. Choose the Pill for an all-stone, softer look in twelve stones; choose the Ingot for architectural edges and the stone-and-metal contrast.

Is the metal core prone to tarnishing?
The core is a brushed metal finish chosen for daily handling — simply wipe with a dry cloth. The stone itself needs no sealing; its veining is the material, not a coating.

Will the two ingots have matching veining?
Each pair is cut from the same block, so colour and tone match closely. The white veining in Nero Marquina is dramatic by nature rather than mirrored — part of the character of genuine stone, and exactly why no two pairs are alike.

Is natural stone durable enough for doors you open every day?
Yes. Stone has served as a building material for millennia — solid natural stone is far denser than timber or resin hardware and will outlast the cabinetry it is mounted on. The veining is not a finish that can wear off; it is the stone itself.

What if it arrives damaged?
