Sold as a pair. The Quatrefoil Stone Door Pull is a four-lobed clover carved from solid travertine — one half on each door, and when the doors close, the two halves meet along the centre seam to complete the form. The quatrefoil is one of the oldest motifs in architecture, drawn for centuries in cathedral stone tracery and Moorish lattice; here it steps out of the window frame and becomes the handle itself. The face is hand-sanded smooth, the sides follow the lobes in a soft sculptural curve, and the speckled, naturally pitted travertine surface means no two pulls are ever alike.
Please note: natural stone is formed over thousands of years, so every pull is one of a kind, with variations in colour, texture, pitting and form. That individuality is the point — no two homes will ever have the same hardware.

Care & Maintenance
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, vinegar, acidic products and harsh chemicals, as these may dull or stain the natural stone surface. Travertine keeps its natural open pores — do not fill or seal with wax.

How does a split pull work on double doors?
Each half mounts flush on its own door, aligned on the installation drawing so the two halves meet cleanly at the centre line. Push the doors open and the clover divides; close them and it becomes one shape again. It is a small piece of theatre that ordinary bar handles cannot offer.
Quatrefoil Pull vs. Half Moon Stone Pull — which suits my doors?
The Half Moon is a single curved half per door, quieter and better for narrow stiles. The Quatrefoil is a full sculptural statement — it wants double doors with room to breathe, where the completed clover can be seen from across the room. For a single door or drawer, the boulder-shaped Raw Stone Door Pull is the better scale.
Is natural stone durable enough for doors you open every day?
Yes. Stone has served as a building material for millennia — solid travertine is far denser than timber or resin hardware and will outlast the cabinetry it is mounted on. The speckled surface is not a finish that can wear off; it is the stone itself.
