Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, vinegar, acidic products and harsh chemicals, as these may dull or etch the polished onyx surface. Onyx is a calcite stone: keep it away from strong household acids to preserve its mirror polish.

Short or Long — which size do I need?
The Short bar (2 mounting points) suits standard drawers and cabinet doors, where a compact, precise grip feels right. The Long bar (3 mounting points) is made for tall wardrobe doors, reach-in closets and full-height joinery, where a longer line keeps the hand clear of the door face. Measure the distance between your existing holes before ordering — hole spacing for both sizes is shown on the installation drawing in the box.

Onyx or marble hardware — which should I choose?
Onyx is a translucent calcite: light passes through it, so a jade-green bar seems to glow against oak, walnut or backlit cabinetry — a semi-precious look few materials can match. Marble is opaque, cooler and more graphic in its veining. Will the two pulls in a pair match?
Each pair is cut from the same onyx block, so tone and banding sit closely together. Onyx banding flows rather than mirrors, so the two halves of a pair tell one continuous story without being identical — exactly why no two pairs are alike.

Is onyx durable enough for doors you open every day?
Yes. Onyx has been carved into vessels and architecture for thousands of years; solid stone is far denser than timber or resin hardware and will outlast the cabinetry it is mounted on.
