The Limestone Bar Stone Door Pull is hand-carved from genuine beige limestone — one slim 30 cm stone line per door, its face softly rounded and silky to the touch while the reverse keeps the naturally porous, honeycombed texture the quarry gave it. Brass threaded inserts are set invisibly into the back, so the bar mounts flush with nothing but stone showing. Warm, sandy and quietly textured, it is the calmest member of our bar pull family — no dramatic veining, just honest material.
Please note: natural stone is formed over thousands of years, so every pull is one of a kind, with variations in colour, texture and porosity. That individuality is the point — no two homes will ever have the same hardware.

Care & Maintenance
Limestone is absorbent by nature — wipe with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, vinegar, acidic products and harsh chemicals, as these will etch or stain the surface. The natural pores on the back face are part of the stone, not defects — do not fill or seal them with wax.

Both are slim 30 cm bars mounted one per door. The Viola Bar Stone Door Pull is dense Calacatta Viola marble with bold wine-red veining. This Limestone Bar is warm beige with a fine sandy grain and almost no veining — softer to the eye, gentler in a tonal interior. Statement marble? Viola. Quiet warmth? Limestone.
Why is the back of the bar porous?
That honeycombed texture is how limestone forms in the quarry — it is the stone's natural face, kept untouched on the reverse while the front is carved and polished smooth. The brass threaded inserts sit within it, so the porous side is never seen once mounted.
Is limestone too soft for a door pull?
For cabinet and wardrobe doors opened by hand, no — the bar is solid stone through its full 2 cm depth and mounts flush to the door face. Simply avoid abrasive cleaners and it will age gracefully, exactly as limestone architecture does.
Will the two bars match?
Each pair is cut from the same block, so colour and grain match closely. Fine pits and tone shifts vary naturally — part of the character of genuine stone.
Is natural stone durable enough for doors you open every day?
Yes. The colour and grain are not a finish that can wear off; they are the stone itself, formed over millennia and far denser than timber or resin hardware.
