Are your pieces really natural stone?

Yes. Every piece is crafted from genuine natural stone - travertine, marble, onyx and granite. Because stone is a natural material, no two pieces are ever the same.

Do stone handles come as a pair?

Yes. All split and door pulls are sold as a pair (left and right). Knobs and hooks are sold individually or as a pair - the listing always states which.

Will the colour match the photos?

Natural stone varies in veining and tone between batches. We hand-pick every piece to stay true to the character shown in our photos, but slight variation is part of the beauty of genuine stone.

How do I install stone hardware?

An installation drawing is included in the package - please install following the supplied drawing. Most pieces mount with concealed threaded inserts.

How do I care for natural stone?

Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners, which can etch the stone surface.
